Can I order a bridal gown online? +

Our Ready to Wed Collection is available for purchase online under our Shop/Wedding category. Our Signature, Platinum and Bliss Collections are made to order, and are not available to purchase directly on our website. If you would like to purchase a Signature, Platinum or Bliss Gown, please contactbridalsales@moniquelhuillier.com

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL and UPS. Please contact us if you need assistance: customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

When will my pre-order item(s) be available for delivery? +

Please allow up to 10 weeks of production time on all Pre-Orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your item is ready for delivery. For more information on availability, please contact customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

How can I determine the proper size to order? +

Our size chart is located on each individual product detail page. If you have questions regarding our sizing, please contact a customer service representative at customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

Alterations +

Merchandise purchased online cannot be altered in a Monique Lhuillier Flagship Store.

If I do not see my size available online, am I able to order it? +

Most often, yes. There are certain items that are only produced in a limited size run. Special orders are final sale. If you do not see your size available online, please contact a customer service representative at customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

What payment methods are accepted? +

Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Affirm and PayPal.

Order Changes / Cancellations +

We will make every effort to accommodate your change request; however, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. For assistance, please contact a customer service representative at customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

Shipping & Delivery +

Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Monique Lhuillier cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.

Domestic Shipping Methods & Fees:

  • Next day: $35.00+ USD
  • Second day: $25.00+ USD
  • Ground: Complimentary
International Orders +

MoniqueLhuillier.com ships to countries worldwide. International customers are able to shop our products online in their local currencies, with duties & taxes shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with your local state and federal government regulations.

Please note all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Product Availability +

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances when an item is no longer available. Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that this e-mail does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Once stock has been allocated for your order and shipping is processed, you will receive a separate e-mail to inform you that your package has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number.
